What is your shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, we’ll confirm availability before processing your payment. Orders typically ship within 3-7 working days, with tracking details sent via email.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive tracking details within 24 hours of dispatch. If you don’t receive them within 7 working days, contact us at sales@turbofitness.co.uk.

Can I cancel my order?

Orders canceled after 48 hours may incur additional fees. If already dispatched, you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

When will my order be delivered?

If the item is in stock and available for dispatch, your order will typically be delivered within 3 - 7 working days. Pallet deliveries may take slightly longer. Tracking details will be emailed to you within 24 hours of dispatch. If you don’t receive tracking details within 7 working days, please contact us at sales@turbofitness.co.uk.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy for standard products?

You can return unused and unassembled products within 14 days of delivery in their original packaging.

Who is responsible for return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Turbo Fitness can arrange collection starting from £10.87 plus VAT, which will be deducted from the refund.

How long does it take to process a refund?

Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after the return has been inspected and approved.

Do you charge a restocking fee?

A 15% restocking fee applies to used, assembled, or items missing their original packaging.

Product Information

How do i know if a product is in stock?

Product availability is updated regularly on our website. If an item is out of stock or on backorder, it will be noted on the product page. For further inquiries about stock, feel free to contact us at sales@turbofitness.co.uk.

Can I request a product demo or more information before buying?

Do you offer installation services for fitness equipment?

We currently do not offer installation services. However, most of our equipment comes with detailed assembly instructions, and our customer support team is available to answer any questions during setup.

Do I need an account to place an order?

No, you can checkout as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to keep track of your orders and manage your preferences easily.

How do i create a account?

To create an account, click the 'Sign In' or 'Register' button at the top-right of the website. Below the 'Sign In' section, you'll see a 'Create Account' option. Click it, fill in your details, and you're all set!

How do I reset my account password?

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email, and follow the instructions to reset your password.
